Supporting Local & Regional Purveyors

Our Purveyors

Supporting our local and regional small farms, growers, and craftsman is important to us, and we think it’s important to you, too. You’ll find the foods and products they make in the recipes we lovingly prepare for you here at Shona’s, and you can also find most of them for sale on our shelves.

More than just a great, local café, Shona’s is the place to purchase great products made right in your very own backyard, without having to leave town.

Sunrise Creamery
& Hop Frog Farms

Sunrise Creamery, founded in 2023 by Jordan and Sarah, the farmers behind Hop Frog Farm, processes their cows ’ milk on-site at Shona’s Food Company, making delicious cheeses and yogurt perfect for Shona’s baps and pasties.

Hop Frog Farm is a certified organic farm located in Onalaska, WA, growing premium microgreens and herbs. They are committed to sustainability, using 100% compostable packaging for their products. Their mission is to cultivate high-quality organic produce and foster a sustainable future, with values rooted in sustainability, community, and innovation.

Jordan Cohen started growing microgreens and vegetables in 2018 and became certified organic in 2021. Hop Frog Farm partnered with Grace Harbor Farms to open their certified organic creamery (Sunrise Creamery). The farm is also part of a larger conservation project to protect and preserve neighboring organic farmland and salmon habitat. Hop Frog Farm's microgreens are available at PCC stores, and they have contributed to local food bank projects through a partnership with PCC, Seattle Neighborhood Farmers Markets, and Harvest for Hunger.
